Our salmon are smoked to a traditional recipe on the Isle of Lewis, one of the most remote and beautiful locations in Scotland.
Whole sides of smoked salmon make an ideal centrepiece for a dinner party. Aside from slicing, the only thing done to our oak smoked salmon sides before vacuum packing is to take out all the bones. This product has been hand-sliced by one of our experts. This is the chef's favourite product for it's wonderful smokey flavour.
