Information Collection and How it is Used

General Information:

• If you would like to obtain a Vendor account, The KAZOO Group will ask for your billing address, phone number, and PayPal registered email address.

• The KAZOO Group uses information for the following general purposes: products and services provisioning, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, research, and anonymous reporting. Service-related Announcements

The KAZOO Group will send you a welcome/confirmation email when you sign up for The KAZOO Group's services. Receipt of this email is required for using The KAZOO Group's services.

The KAZOO Group will send you service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so.

The KAZOO Group offers subscriptions to gourmetKAZOO email newsletters. To opt-in, simply check the box to subscribe when creating your account. You may change your subscription or unsubscribe at anytime by checking the newsletter subscription box where you edit your profile.

Choice/Opt-out

If you no longer wish to receive administrative messages, you may opt-out by emailing admin@gourmetkazoo.com. Please note that if you do not wish to receive administrative messages from us, those notices will still govern your use of the gourmetKAZOO website other The KAZOO Group services, and you are responsible for reviewing such notices for changes.

The KAZOO Group may disclose personally identifiable information to parties in compliance with The KAZOO Group's User Agreement, as The KAZOO Group in The KAZOO Group's sole discretion believes necessary or appropriate in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringement, piracy, or other unlawful activity. In such events, The KAZOO Group may disclose name, street address, city, state, zip code, country, phone number, email address and company name. The KAZOO Group may share aggregated demographic information with business partners.

The KAZOO Group is affiliated with a variety of businesses and works closely with them. These businesses may operate stores on the The KAZOO Group website or sell items to you from the The KAZOO Group website. The KAZOO Group may also provide services or sell products jointly with affiliated businesses. Due to the nature of The KAZOO Group's business model, when an affiliated business is associated with your transaction, you will share customer information that is related to such transaction with that affiliated business.

Editing and Deleting Account Information

You can change your gourmetKAZOO Account Information (except your username), at any time. You can delete your gourmetKAZOO account by emailing admin@gourmetkazoo.com.
