My story

Many years have passed since Louis XII, when the Duc de Choiseul, Count du Plessis-Praslin created the "épice de chambre" called pralines.

I discovered several recipes in my travels throughout both throughout France and also further abroad, deep into the remote regions where the sugar flows. I am now producing a wide range of caramelized products including a vast assortment of nuts and "grand cru" cocoa beans. Visit the pages of each of my products to discover their unique stories.

What makes my products unique

All of our pralines are 100% natural, created by hand without artificial flavors, preservatives or dyes.

We take special pride in our "Noix de Grenoble", walnuts typical to our region, carrying the special AOC designation.

We also produce a range of caramelized cocoa beans of the highest quality. These cocoa beans, coming from 7 famous regions, are referred to as the "grand cru" of chocolate.
