The most valued part of La Spineta land, 30 hectares placed in the heart of the farm (particularly inclined to the Coratina variety), are designated for the production of Petraia organic extra virgin olive oil. The olive trees growing and the drupes ripening are assisted by agricultural proceedings that protect the original eco-system in conformity with the natural cycle. The methods favour the quality according to the habitat and the human needs.

Smell: intense and fragrant, the tasty sensations of country herbs are easily recognizable. Flavour: wild fruity, sometimes slightly unbalanced, typical of products derived from organic agriculture. Bitter artichoke aftertaste. Colour: greenish with vivid golden yellow hues. Aspect: clear. Extraction system: cold extraction by centrifugal system, granite pressing with traditional milling. The whole process is strictly followed and checked by the institution that certify the organic production. Packing: dark glass square bottle lt. 0,250 - lt. 0,500.
