Hi to everybody!

It's already february and it's time to prune our olive trees!

What a hard work...!My brother it's doing it, it's so heavy for me!:)

One of the most important operation on olive trees, if you wrong it  you'll pay the consequences on october, when you'll pick up your olives!

These days here in Marche, and in Italy in general, has been really really cold, so Giorgio began only yesterday...we hope in good weather next days!

Ah, the one in the picture is my brother Giorgio while pruning in our olive grove!
