Preparation suggestion:

Heat truffle butter and cream in a frying pan. Cook the noodles al dente in salted water for about 2 / 3 minutes. Drain the pasta and sauté in the pan together with the sauce you prepared.

TIP: When draining the pasta, retain a cup of water so that you can add it to the pasta & sauce preparation if it's too dry.


----- Italian version -----

Fate scaldare in una padella il burro al tartufo e la panna. Cuocete i tagliolini al dente in abbondante acqua salata per circa 2/3 minuti. Scolate la pasta e fatela saltare nella padella dove avrete preparato la salsa.

Un consiglio: prima di scolare la pasta prendete un bicchiere di acqua id cottura che ptrete eventrualemente aggiungere a poco a poco al momento di saltare i tagliolini in padella per evitare che questi si secchino troppo.
