In the south of France, near Arles, the Alpilles and Aix-en-Provence, you will find the Domain of Sulauze, covering 500 hectares. The Domain is constituted of 420 hectares of garrigue and of 80 hectares of cultivated land, and 27 hectares in vineyards, in AOC Coteaux d’Aix en Provence.
The soils of the Domain are very particular due to a specific climate that gives a specified wine. Nowadays, we endeavour to maintain the authentic character of the place, of its vineyard and of its farming.
The red grapes consist of Mourvèdre, Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Calladoc, Cinsault...

We have led the Domaine since 2004, and in order to preserve the environment and the vineyard, we have abolished all chemical products, we work in Organic and byodinamic Agriculture. Even in the cellar we don’t use any chemical products to respect the tipicity of the land. (Vinification with natural yeast, low doses of SO2, no filtration.)
