In 1988 Michele Olanda and his wife Carmela Fucci, farmers and milk producers in the city of Andria (Puglia), created Caseificio Artigianale Famiglia Olanda. As cheese producers, they were able to devote their expertise in dairy products to the creation of high quality small production cheeses. Since the beginning, the Dutch family has preserved their commitment and passion towards making hand crafted products, while respecting traditions and carefully selecting the right ingredients.
