The origin of Barathier lost in time. Initially created for family consumption, production was increased year after year to satisfy the tastes of friends and acquaintances who appreciated the delicate flavor.

Still today, the final product is produced in craft batches starting from beginning (picking of the herbs) to the end (bottling and shipping for you to enjoy!)

The alcohol content of this product is 20%. It is an excellent digestive when taken straight. It is also refreshing when simply mixed with cold water & it becomes a delicious punch when mixed with hot water.
