Oleia Alimentaria SL, we are a small family-owned company of olive farmers breed in Les Garrigues land that is located in West Catalonia within North East Spain.

We carefully take the entire production process in order to maximise the natural benefits of arbequina extra virgin olive oil.

When collecting the proper ripened fruits, any contact with the soil is avoided. Then, those are cleaned by air absorption instead of by water wash in order to minimise oxidation and fermentation.

Oleura is stored into small and vaccum sealed steel barrels under controlled temperature all year round. When it comes to bottling, only immediate stock is packed upon customers' request.
