Leonforte, in the Sicilia region of Italy

Our confiture is made with our own Leonforte peaches, an old variety of the Enna's country. Extraordinary care goes into the organic growing of each peach. In fact, 4 months before the harvest, each fruit is placed in a bag on the tree. All the fruits, one by one. Because each fruit is protected by the bag, we do not need to use any chemical pesticides to protect the peaches from bugs. Our jam is made exclusively with our own peaches (80%), cane sugar and a little bit of lemon juice. Without any additives or preservatives.
