My story
At the end of France, where the Catalan Pyrenees flows into the Mediterranean, you'll find AOC Banyuls and AOC Collioure wineries.
La Cave Tambour, winemaker since 1920, develops wines rich in reflections from gold to garnet, ruby, tile, mahogany brown or coffee.
AOC Banyuls gives a balance in the mouth ranging from sweet, semi-sweet, to dry which accompany every moment at the table, from aperitif to dessert.
With only 400 hectares of vineyards in production, AOC Collioure wine are produced on the same zone as AOC Banyuls.
